Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Taptacle iOS app, website, and related services operated by Mad Love Concepts LLC ("Taptacle," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Taptacle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Taptacle. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple or Google account you use to sign in and for all activity that occurs under your Taptacle account.

You may not impersonate another person, create accounts using false information, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user or administrator accounts.

3. Service Description

Taptacle provides AI-powered image generation and related creative tools. Features may include prompt-based generation, optional image upload for iteration, local history, optional photo saving, connected social account publishing, and in-app purchases for image credits.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Taptacle to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Generate, upload, or distribute unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, or sexually exploitative content
• Attempt to probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or disrupt the app or its supporting infrastructure
• Abuse free usage, credit systems, or automated features in ways that create excessive operational cost or service instability

5. AI Output and User Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the content you generate, and how you use it. AI outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, misleading, or similar to content created for other users.

Taptacle does not guarantee uniqueness, factual accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any purpose. You should review outputs before sharing, publishing, or relying on them.

6. Connected Platforms

If you connect third-party platforms such as Facebook or X, you authorize Taptacle to act on your behalf only to the extent required by the features you choose to use. You remain responsible for all content published through those integrations and for compliance with the terms of those third-party platforms.

7. Credits, Purchases, and Refunds

Taptacle may offer consumable in-app purchases such as image credits. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used within Taptacle. Unless required by law, all purchases are final and are governed by Apple's App Store purchase rules and refund policies.

We may adjust credit pricing, pack sizes, or free usage limits in the future. Changes do not retroactively alter credits already granted to your account.

8. Account Restrictions and Suspension

To protect the service, we may investigate unusual usage patterns and may temporarily limit or suspend access to image generation or other features if we believe an account is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to platform stability.

Where appropriate, we may provide a short explanation inside the app for why access was restricted.

9. Termination

You may stop using Taptacle at any time and may delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or if required by law.

10. Disclaimers

Taptacle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will always meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mad Love Concepts LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of Taptacle.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Taptacle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
